View Full Version : *Let's establish an on-site register at each precinct to confirm RP voters*

Given the unrest in the NH results, let's consider organizing some type of physical poll count at as many of the precincts as possible.

I just contacted our headquarters here in SC, and brought up this notion.

Simply put, let's have a table, and a big sign, that states something along the lines of 'Confirm your Ron Paul vote here.' We collect names and email addresses ,only to contact them should a discrepancy arise. This could even include affidavits, especially if that could be done on a collective form. Even if we had only a fraction of the total votes accounted for, it could go a long way in ensuring vote integrity.

By doing so, we create a cross-referencing system that ensures the votes on both the machines and the paper ballots. Even if we had only a handful of RP vote confirming, we could be keeping the pressure on the system to count all of our votes.

Sure, our efforts need to be on getting the votes; but our efforts also need to be making sure that those who do vote have a voice.

Comments? Ideas? Is this legal?
