A couple of great ads have been created by Ron Paul Forum members.

Now we need someone who already has a PAC set up (if that is needed), has experience in setting up ads with newspapers, to create a chip-in and get these run in Michigan.

It may be short notice, but if Ron Paul supporters can raise $6 million in a day I'm sure they can raise enough for an ad, or two or three, in several papers and get them run in such a short period of time. Maybe some people can even fund an entire ad themselves at some of the smaller papers in Michigan. Perhaps we can have an "AD BOMB" in Michigan.

With the DNC stripping the Michigan Democratic Party of ALL of it's delegates, Democrats votes are meaningless, UNLESS they vote for Ron Paul and send a strong message to Pro-War Republicans.

Here's a list of Michigan Newspapers...

Sunday Free Press has the largest readership so maybe we can start with that...

Rates:

http://www.detroitmedia.com/advertising/rates/dealer/final-Sunday-dealer.pdf

I'm not sure what the difference is between retail and general, but general appears to be more expensive.

Anyone here that has already worked with setting up ads with newspapers want to get involved in this project, please?

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR a SUNDAY RUN? Find this out and post.

I'm trying to get more involved. If the 500 or so in this forum could add their expertise where they can it would be helpful.

I have no experience in advertising and I'm sure there are people that have been involved in it who could get more done in such a short time than I ever could.

I love the first one!

We might need Hillary ones too, apparently crying makes people vote for you.

I have run ads. We would need the PDF (for any last minute edits), and also to put a disclaimer.

We need to KNOW what size to go for AND what is the deadline for a Sunday run...

*************

It is cutting it close, so no use in going forward if the deadlines are passed.

Can you make some calls.

Go make about 1000 copies at work/school/kinkos wherever and just start putting them up in public places if you can't get the ad out in time for the sunday paper.

I agree... start blanketing shopping malls, grocery stores etc....

Deadline is 6PM Friday so I guess that's not enough time.

I'm not anywhere close to Michigan so delivering flyers isn't an option for me.

I just brought this forward with the hope those experienced in this field would like to get involved.

I have absolutely ZERO pull in this forum and nobody would trust someone who is virtually new here, so I was hoping someone who has already gained the trust of members here would take control. It's kind of like Trevor and the "Money Bombs".

I don't think anyone will be interested in discussing Michigan in this forum until AFTER it is all over there anyways.
