Here's the rundown:
New Voter Registration: You have until January 15th to sign up. You can either mail it or do it in person. Must be mailed by the 15th.
Unaffiliated Voter: You can vote in the February 5th primary, you must declare a party affiliation by signing a slip of paper on that day.
Affiliated With A Different Party: The deadline passed. It was December 17th.
Some other notes - Ron Paul is on the ballot, lots of people registering and changing party affiliations.
