Who is going to watch each polling place?
How are we going to watch all the towns?

If we don't have at least 2-3 people in each town as they recount, a recount won't matter.
This guy doesn't have a the name recognition or the following to make sure the recount is done properly.

Tomorrow is the deadline to request a recount, at least this is being posted elsewhere on these forums.
