Because he beleives that he should have gotten more votes, could the polls have been that far off?????

Right, but even so, why would he contest it when he has other things coming up? They just forced Richardson out of the race, and it's clear it's going to be him and Hillary. There's no reason for him to look back.

It's not like he or RP have to do much other than ask for it and pay for it, the results of the recount will not affect the next elections unless they are finished before super tuesday--unlikely. So, the point is to do the recount to protest voter fraud as a whole. If it turns up in Michigan, ask for a recount, Nevada, ditto, Recount super tueday if we have to. Don't let them take it away from us without a fight.
