THE RON PAUL TV SHOW

We can do this almost instantly. 30 minutes at a pop. It could be a hosted, satirical news show (could really jab Faux with this format). We could show videos (MTV-type liberty themed stuff), cartoons, sketches, bloopers and out takes from opponents' campaigns, educational but entertaining stuff, designed to amuse, inform, and convert the masses. No one could do this better than we could, and we could go viral within days. Of course we could webhost it (exclusively, not just youtube), but we could do public access through the meetups in various markets, and circulate free dvd copies to local and national news operations for free rebroadcast (if it's entertaining, they'll replay it).

sounds good to me... very intense to create 30 min pieces though...

It could be a compilation of best of RP on youtube, at this point, all edited together and introduced and strung together by a talking head. A simple Faux Newz set...

What would you suggest?

The campaign is a numbers game. All votes are of equal value. The name of the game is to get your candidate in front of as many people as possible, and to make a memorable, positive impression. The key to persuasion is to start where people are, and then to bring them where you want them. Where most people are is in front of their TVs. We cango broke paying for political ads, just like the other guys, only to be either ignored or mocked on the nightly news......or we can mock the nightly news, and use their format to get our message out, in an entertaining and informative way.

We call call it "Mock's News," hosted by Danny Mock, or some such ficticious name. That wouldn't be the name of the show, of course, just the hosted segment within the show (RPTV?). "Thank you for watching Mock's News. I'm your host, Danny Mock, the most busted name in news." The mascot could be a weasel or something. There could be a bugs bunny/elmer fudd relationship between the host and RP. Danny has it out for RP, and is always trying to make him look bad, but in every segment, RP comes out smelling like a rose.

Just some ideas. What do you think?

As long as it's geared toward mainstream voters and doesn't mention any conspiracies, it couldn't hurt.

Could focus on educating people about Ron Paul's foreign policy, economics, Federal Reserve, IRS. Could touch on issues like homeschooling, abortion, federalism, the Constitution...how statism attempts to keep people divided by race, age, gender...groupism.
