YES! i cant wait for this to happen. i wont even be able to upload a naked picture without my cable ISP knowing ive done so.

heres the article

ht tp://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/01/08/att-and-other-isps-may-be-getting-ready-to-filter/index.html

"Network-level filtering means your Internet service provider – Comcast, AT&T, EarthLink, or whoever you send that monthly check to – could soon start sniffing your digital packets, looking for material that infringes on someone’s copyright..."

Id assume if its not already done so, their privacy policies would have to change to reflect this acceptance of terms or be disqualified for service.

the question is, is that in violation of our privacy rights? Id sure as shit think so.

boy thats a tough one....encrypt everything?
Been doing that since 93~

Err wait... didn't the government just tack on an additional 5 years in federal prison if you encrypt any digital data or communications deemed illegal?
Oh my... yes they did.
Boy these guys really know how to set up facism huh?

God damn sheep...
You know what though... I ain't scared and I never will be.

...You can't know it's illegal if it's encypted, no?
