YES! i cant wait for this to happen. i wont even be able to upload a naked picture without my cable ISP knowing ive done so.

"Network-level filtering means your Internet service provider – Comcast, AT&T, EarthLink, or whoever you send that monthly check to – could soon start sniffing your digital packets, looking for material that infringes on someone’s copyright..."
Id assume if its not already done so, their privacy policies would have to change to reflect this acceptance of terms or be disqualified for service.
the question is, is that in violation of our privacy rights? Id sure as shit think so.
