In an act of desparation, Romney goes all in on Michigan.

That's a shock, can't he just loan himself more money?

Anyway, maybe Ron Paul would let him be VP :P

i just heard on the radio that Romney had a phone-a-thon today and raised 4 million dollars. Obviously he didnt pull the ads cause of money issues. I think he knows that it doesnt matter how much money he puts in there he is not going to get 1st place. probably going to use that money somewhere else

Actually donations or pledges?

Again, I think we should compete with Romney in Michigan. Three losses to 'underdogs' after spending big bucks would be pretty bad to come back from.

here's part of the press release from their website today.

"National Call Day 2008" Fast Facts:

- Estimated Total Amount: $5 Million

- Estimated Primary Election Funds: $1.5 Million

- Estimated General Elections Funds: $3.5 Million

- Estimated Total Donations: 10,000

- Volunteer Fundraisers Participating: 500

only 1.5 million for primary election spending

That means most of the donors were big business interests that had already exceeded the 2300 cap for primaries, so it was counted toward the general.
