Personally, I'm not a fan. If I see a group with a bullhorn anywhere but at a parade or football game, I automatically assume they're whackos.

I've seen one local meetup sign wave with a bullhorn and to me, it seemed awful. The messages were long winded, the bullhorner wasn't overly enthusiastic, and honestly, no one driving by caught more than 2-3 words.

I was told today that at another sign waving, one of the local meetups had a really loud and enthusiastic guy yelling "Wake up America, don't be lied to!" yadda yadda ron paul. It sounded funny, and people said it was great... but I'm not sold.

What do you think? Are bullhorns good at a signwaving? Bad? The devil?

Just say NO to bullhorns.

Reminds me of the time in San Francisco this guy behind me yelling "Bible Bible Bible! Read the Bible!!" through a bullhorn. I was ready to crucify him!

It really depends on who is on the receiving end of it. :D

lol. I'm glad I'm not alone on this! Some of our meetup members think that bullhorns are the greatest thing ever, and they were making me feel like I was alone in my hatred of them.
