This isn't a time to be down, this is a time to be pysched up!!
Let me just explain for a minute. Last night I was pissed off beyond belief, but then a person much smarter than myself said something that got me thinking. To us insiders with all our predictions this is a loss, but to the average person that is not following the election this is a WIN!
There are millions of people that don't know about Ron Paul but yet he keeps beating at least 1 front runner each time and he is not far behind 3rd place each time. I am sure that Ron has been bogarting his money for the big states.
This is a Marathon, not a sprint. Just like we were pissed after iowa and then no one talked about it the next day, the same will be for NH. Lets keep pushing, working, calling and whatever to get the message out.
In a normal election year I would concede he has no chance, but not this year...the repub field is all over the place and they are all broke! Even if McCain gets money and a bump from NH, he won't have it in time to spend on the states coming up...this is why he lost in 2000. NO MONEY! hell he had to take federal funds just to campaign in NH, the cheapest state in the union.
So everyone just sit tight and wait until some people start dropping out and he will be talked about more and more. Now im going to finish making my new sign for my front yard!!!

Dr Paul is not in a position to win the presidency in 2008 - the odds are hugely stacked against him.
we would need a huge catalyst event - a nuclear war or some other massive event which makes people look to Dr Paul. Its not likely to happen.

You are delusional. Read some books on past history of elections and how they work.
As of now, the race is wide open.

It's not over yet, but I don't think some of you realize - the people we're up against will stop at nothing. These are not fair, decent people. The establishment is corrupt, and they're not going to just roll over and let us win.
If the voter fraud issue is not investigated and exposed, it will happen again and we will lose. We already have the media against us, we are fighting a huge uphill battle. I'm not saying that all is lost- because I believe we DO have a chance, but not if we just act like kittens and let the corrupt establishment get away with everything under the sun.

The campaign must have something up their sleeves... they still have so much money they haven't spent.

He won his Congressional seat against the powers of the Republican party in 1996.
He polled at 6% against Greg Laughlin's 44% then.
He can win the presidency.

Have to agree with others, your posts that I have seen are mostly negative.
Who has won the 'battleground' states so far? Both Huck and McCain were relatively out of the race just a few months ago. Have any of the original big names really won anything yet? Romney took Wyoming due to how their system was setup. Giuliani is struggling against Dr. Paul and Dr. Paul has more total votes than Giuliani right now. Thompson still seems to be asleep and such a close third place victory does NOT help that much.
As much as I dread it, this race is going to come down to the last state. The longer the neocons have such a divided field, the better chance of Dr. Paul racing ahead of them.
If this was a marathon race, the five neocons would all be tripping themselves up while Dr. Paul kept his pace behind them, waiting to pull ahead after they all stumble.

The most unexpected things can happen that can tip the race massively in our favor. It's far from over. We know RP has the best message and solutions.

Forget sign waving. It doesnt work to get people educated about who Ron Paul is. The best you can do is get lots of people to go door to door and hand out flyers, calling is good too. NH has proven that the internet stuff has done just about all its gonna do. We need real feet on the ground talking to real people to get the message out.

pooling resources with other Precinct Leaders and Meetup Groups and buying small ads in local papers is one of the best ways to educate voters.
We're going to go out with a BANG, if nothing else! Don't worry, folks! It ain't over 'till it's over.

Exactly, real stuff.
Winning internet polls and standing on a street corner with a Ron Paul sign doesnt do s--t to get someones vote. Its a total waste of time. Real information is what gets things done.

Another spy from "another camp" sneaks in and sows seeds of doubt.
You people have been ruling the world with DOUBT for TOO LONG. Its time for you to be put to rest.
BTW: Which camp do you work for? Huckster? Mc(anchurian)Cain? - which one?

Listen to this! (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6252170692536793695&q=ron+paul+stern&total=23&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=2)
If even a person like Howard Stern who works in the media (!) doesn't know a lot about Ron Paul yet, we still have a lot of work to do. (It shows the effectivness of the media blackout!)
We just need to keep growing until they can't ignore us anymore.

I just got back to PA after canvassing and conversing with the people of New Hampshire with Operation Live Free Or Die and here is my biggest observation. People kept saying that they liked Ron Paul and thought he was running a good campaign, but they didn't think he could win. This is the number one thing we need to overcome and no one line will change a person's mind overnight. We need visible Ron Paul support everywhere so that Ron Paul's support cannot be denied. I witnessed first hand how hard the media works to avoid putting Ron Paul signs and support on camera. Did you know hundreds of Ron Paul supporters marched to the city capitol in New Hampshire, or that hundreds of supporters stood outside the media's hotel chanting in 10 degree weather at 11 PM? If they won't televise the big things we need to get visible support that people see in everyday life. That means signs in your yard, hanging banners on highway overpasses (see Freedom's Phoenix website for a how-to lesson), shirts, hats, buttons. Make your Ron Paul support visible to as many people as possible all the time. People want to vote for someone that has real support and this is a key way to show those undecideds that the support for Ron Paul is out there.
I am a little disappointed in our showing in NH, but I know that we worked our asses off and it could have been much MUCH worse. There were hundreds of volunteers canvassing, calling, and conversing while sacrificing sleep, food, and life savings. There is a strong foundation to this rEVOLution and it's time to build on that.
All we need to do is everything we can.
I still believe
