I was watching the local news and there was a story about the new County Elections Commissioner or something like that. Ed Ryan, the new Commissioner said one of his most difficult challenges will be switching to the new "Federally Mandated touch screen voting system."

Is that accurate, did the Federal Government actually mandate one type of voting? New York has always had non-electric lever machines. I don't know exactly trust touch screen voting.

Since it is a touch screen, how many fellow "wacky conspiracy theorists" believe it would be therefore quite possible, to scan the print of the voter, and link it to the vote for future reference? Hmmmmm.

Oh, yeah. Lemme guess. Nobody would want to do that would they? Why, that would be just a silly conspiracy theory to think something like that.
