Question about Colorado Delegates

Does every county in Colorado get a delegate? Should we be canvassing the small rural towns where 4 votes could get us a win?

The Colorado Springs Ron Paul office (listed on the Volunteer page of the same site) has a list of how many delegates there are per precinct (although I think only for El Paso County), along with how many they actually filled in the last election. In many cases, we can become delegates by simply showing up.
