I'm putting this up because he's 1. a Paul supporter and 2. brings up the issue of eminent domain. He's been battling a large energy company that wants access to his land (and his neighbors land) to install some high tension power lines that will bring down the property value. This has been an ongoing battle for him, please show some support. Post and rate to bump these videos into the youtube main pages... it will help shed some light on this issue that not many people know about.

Thanks for posting this.

There's a somewhat similar story breaking here in WV (though the phenomenon is a constant here):

I'm trying to get hold of this family and can perhaps bring them around to Dr. Paul.

Spirit you should try and do something to help the family also with the local meetup group.

Eminent domain is becoming an increasing problem in this country. I wish I could say that this is the first I've heard of such an atrocity and blatant steam rolling of our basic rights. Unfortunately, while I was living in Brooklyn, many of our neighbors were facing property seizure, and some business properties were outright condemned. This abuse harms not just the families and businesses who lose their property, but also the neighborhoods and communities which have a shared history. Community outcry is one of the only defenses we have, so I'm glad this guy is diligently sharing his struggles. Don't think it couldn't happen to you.

very similar situation, my dad has been fighting against an ethynol (sp?) plant for a few months now, Matt Blunt from missouri is the politician who has organized this plant business and my family is PO'd (he just recently became a RP supporter btw)
