How much money does the campaign have on hand?

How much was spent in Iowa and New Hampshire? Maybe they are holding back for super tuesday and that has been their strategy all along. Iowa and New Hampshire could of been momentum building states. They could be playing fiscally conservative so the other candidates burn out their money supply.

I don't think anyone knows, on purpose... He may still have everything raised last quarter, and I suspect he does. Possibly for an all out ad blitz in a week or 2.
