Just wanted to open some discussion on what you believe is the worst part of the beloved Patriot Act (I know, it's so hard to choose).

Personally, I had done a ton of research on Section 802, and it's pretty freaky. It's a very small section, but the implications are enormous if interpreted improperly.

How about the misleading title of it? And the direct implication of it's title that... anyone who doesn't support it, isn't a patriot.

Orwellian wordplays and ideology are the greatest danger facing our freedom today IMHO.

The title is similar to the explanation for Hitler's "enabling laws" that brought him to dictatorship.

Those laws were supposedly passed for the safety and well being of the German people.

That turned out well. <sarcasm>
