Ron Paul supporters who either own businesses or are consumers. I know that we cant do 100 percent of our business with Ron Paul supporters but I will do my best to spend my dollars with others that support and believe in his policies. As the group of consumers and business owners grows, so does the diversity of products both consumed and offered.

I own a medical manufacturing/distribution business called Global Medical Products.

If there is already a forum for this, please advise. Thanks

very good idea. the economic power of the ron paul revolution is already being shown at how we've trounced Fox News/News Corp in the stock market. If we further organize into business groups... who knows what we might be capable of

While I am the sole owner of my business, it is a corporation with other officers and interests. I have to keep my personal politics out of the business. A requirement for RonPaulYellowPages.com is that you display an RP banner on your front page. Although I really would like to do this, it would go against my business ethics.

This is the spirit! Regardless of what RP does we must not plug back in and support the system, at least as much as is possible. We can't just throw up our hands and say oh well.

Many Canadians would like to purchase products south of the border. While our dollar is now at par with the U.S. $, prices here have remained virtually the same as they were when the loonie was one-third lower in value. In other words, businesses here - particularly large manufacturers and retailers - are gouging the Canadian consumer bigtime. This has been occurring over the past two to three years.

The problem we've had here is that large manufacturers and retailers such as the big three US car makers (also book publishers, large dept stores, online outlets) have been saying to their dealers that they can't sell to Canadians. This is purportedly to protect the Canadian market. However, cynics here have been arguing that this maneuver is more to prop up these large corporations, such as car manufacturers who haven't been savvy enough to judge what the market wants (more selection, lower prices, alternative fuel/tech options) or who have always known that however much they foul-up, the government will always bail them out.

Ron Paul supporters, I'm betting, would love to support U.S. businesses whose owners share the philosophy of libertarianism.

I'm starting a website that will let independent artists (musicians, filmmakers, authors, and illustrators) upload their digital work and sell it. If there are any artists out there that would like to work with a libertarian friendly website to sell their work (or give it away, your choice). It'll also be a great place to upload graphics for any of the campaigns so people can download them easily.

You get to keep your rights :D

I would like to siphon as much of my fiat dollars (unless they take gold) being spent in to the pockets of fellow supporters who offer product and services I need.

Among other things, I own a synthetic motor oil distributorship. I am a factory direct dealer who sells motor oil, lubes, and filters for vehicles that are warranted for 35,000 miles on a single oil change. Some of our filters are warranted for 100,000 miles. And yes, the extended drain intervals more than make up for the cost of high quality so they are cost effective.

I wish I could sign up with ronpaulyellowpages.com but I can't put a banner up on my site. My site needs to be open to everyone and my business partners are more democrats. Putting a banner up can be divisive and we need to stay neutral.

Are there people out there that would like to create a similar site? If so I’ll see about another forum being started for it.

I agree. We should all open accounts to take digital gold currency. (http://www.mygoldmoney.com) Then we will be prepared to transact with it. It is an amazing technological invention and highly efficient. The fiat system is crashing as we type and only gold will be left standing. We ought to all Run To Gold (http://www.runtogold.com).

I already use Mobil One fully synthetic oil and Mobil One premium filters in my cheap 4 cylinder Saturn and still change the oil at least every 6,000 miles, and check it to make sure it the level doesn't drop.

Is the synthetic oil really worth it when it comes to extending engine life? I'm at ~175,000 on a 2002 year car and want to get 300,000 if possible. Does this sound doable?

I'm in a bind too.

I use classroom materials that are part of a franchise. My business is my own, but I had to agree not to have any political, religous or personal items on my web site that has their materials on it when I purchased them. I cant use the ronpaulyellowpages as a result:(

I would love to do business with other RP supporters out there though. In fact I will offer an additional discount for anyone that has donated or taken part in grass roots efforts.

My company is a private consulting practice that caters to small to medium sized businesses who need help.

We offer Six Sigma program implementation and certifications along with leadership development workshops. We also do general business consulting and assessments. I'm available for the speaking circuit too.

I can and will travel for the right customer, and I certainly feel Dr. Paul supporters would get bumped to the top of the list if interested.

Please contact me via my website..

www.roughdiamondllc.com

or call me tollfree at 877-261-4284

For anyone in the Kentuckiana area, I also have a series of workshops every month. I will give a 50% discount if you let me know the nature of your support for Ron Paul and promise me to vote for him in the Primary and General election.

Together we'll bring brilliance to your bottom line!!

Mobil 1 is good oil, however the company I sell for is a great deal higher quality (Amsoil).

Amsoil has 3 tiers of oil - warranted for 7,500 miles or 6 months, 25,000 miles or 1 year, and 35,000 or 1 year.

Normally I wouldn't sell to a vehicle owner over 120k miles on their vehicle due to potential problems converting to synthetic at a high mileage. However if you have been running Mobil 1 for a long time (tell me), then I would be happy to help you out.

Regardless, if nothing else, continue to use Mobil 1 (although I would prefer you use Amsoil) because synthetic oil is ABSOLUTELY more efficient for your vehicle. Synthetics lubricate better than does petroleum oil which means less friction and lower temperatures. Lower temperatures mean less heat and less wear and tear on your car. Barring a defect in your engine, it should last a VERY long time using synthetic.

If you do an extended drain oil such as Amsoil, then the cost savings will be very apparent of why synthetic is beneficial.

For the one guy that asked if Im still in Tallahassee, No Im not. I graduated from FSU and now live down in West Palm area.

Anyway, I would love to put the Ron Paul banner on my website as well but I think it would interfere with business. At the moment, Im going to keep business and politics close to the vest. Im not sure how many of our customers are RP fans.

For anyone needing any of these products, please contact us.

We sell and/or manufacture some of the following:

Syringes, Alcohol prep pads, Infusion supplies, Diabetic supplies, Wound care and much much more. We manufacture some of our own products in China and Korea. Others we just distribute.

IF THERE ARE ANY MEDICAL SALES REPS OUT THERE, WE ARE HIRING! Just contact me at SteveH@globalmedicalproducts.com. Put in the subject line "Ron Paul Forums". Everyone have a good evening.

I've run the fully synthetic Mobil One since my first oil change, which I did as soon as I purchased the car new. I think there has only one time when normal oil went in my engine, and one time when Castrol fully synthetic oil was used.

Currently I try to buy the Mobil One fully synthetic extended wear which is rated for 15,000 miles. If you know of an Amsoil dealer in the North Mississippi area I'd be willing to think about it, but I don't think buying oil and having it shipped would be very cost effective.

I've also used the same oil on my 2000 Honda Odyssey since we bought it new, and it's at ~180,000. If I can get both to last to 300,000 I'll be very happy :)

Well, back to politics.
