I actually appreciated this question because she was representing how many Republicans feel: that Paul's criticism of recent GOPers makes him an outsider.

I think you need to watch the clip again. It never mentioned throwing snowballs or harassing cuss words at hannity (which is violence and abuse) Following after him is one thing, harassing and tossing snowballs is quite another issue...JMHO
