Well here's my guess: it's a 24 hour radio channel with news, events and discussions about our Dr. Paul. Probably kicking off with live coverage of one of the big rallys or events like Ronstock. Maybe it will have update from the new campaign headquarters, interviews with future President Paul, and heads up about bills and issues important to the movement. Could even feature some songs or live performances from the bands for ron paul. Dare I guess, maybe even picked up from Sirius or XM or some other big name in radio?
