This is old news. It's in the Senate as SB 1959.

I've already called Calif. Senators Feinstein and Boxer and told them to vote "NO!"

Because they will do it by taking OUR rights and liberties away. Its one by one by one..until one day you wake up and realize you are living in a police state.

RP didn't vote actually. He opposed it but wasn't able to to make it for the vote itself. This was discussed some time ago.

I do think it needs to be brought up so more know about it.
