Okay, I've never done a ChipIn before, and I cannot be the person that makes one. We're working on a full page, glossy color advertisement we are seeking to run in every South Carolina newspaper a couple of days before the primary, reaching over 2,800,000 South Carolina citizens. We've found a company that can place our insert for us in all 107 South Carolina newspapers, with one payment, with no fee for their service.

We're waiting for a response as to an estimate for the cost, and we are in the later stages of the development phase for our insert. We're going with the color of the South Carolina flag as a background with its symbols that are in white, with white text and plenty of space to call attention to what is said. We are hitting three points, Ron Paul the Man, Ron Paul the Policies, Ron Paul the Message (freedom, liberty, sovereignty, state rights).

We're going to need assistance with raising these funds, and is there anyone that has any information on this, or would be willing to lend a helping hand? We're also wondering if there are laws that apply regarding chipins, depending on how much placing this insert will cost (do we need a certain kind of organization, etc.)

Any input is appreciated!

all the money contributions are handled by paypal. Chipin just sets up a center cordination area for them.
