Multiple people, same phone number

How do you guys handle the phone calls when you have multiple people to the same number. Seems like it could be potentially awkward. "Do you support Ron Paul??? No? Can you put your wife on?"

Rather than asking "Do you support Ron Paul?", you could ask "Do you or does anyone else in your household support Ron Paul?". Or you could ask the question in two parts. Just assume they'll be honest about it, if they know.
