i found my counties website for the Illinois GOP and under candidates, Ron Paul isn't listed. It has this listed under "Candidates who have filed with the FEC for the Republican Party." could this a mistake on Paul's fault or just neglect of the counties republicans to have him listed on the site? If it is the latter they are going to get one hell of a phone call. please help!

EMAIL I SENT:
Mr. Setchell-
I am contacting you on behalf of the website www.illcgop.org. With links to your GOP blog featured on the site, I figured you were the one I should submit a request too. I noticed on the illcgop.org website, under the Canidates 08 page, that Ron Paul is excluded from the list of Presidential hopefuls. As a young republican from Peru, Illinois and a large supporter of Ron Paul, I would like to see his name added to the list. No matter how small our counties republican influence is or how few people this site actually reaches, Ron Paul deserves to be listed as a candidate. I hope that you can understand my concern on this issue and hope to see a change to the website soon.
Thank you for your time,

Illcgop.org featured Ron Paul for a couple of months and don't remember the reason I took him off.
I'll get it back together today.
Thanks for the "heads up".
Think about getting involved as a GOP committeemen. And get your friends to volunteer as well.
The new GOP chairman will be elected by the elected precinct committeemen on March 5th. Appointments to empty precincts (there are dozens) begins right after that.
Now Ron Paul is at the top of all the canidates and in bold :)

Great success!
Although the lack of a reason for taking him off was kinda shady, he was really nice and did all this within 8 hours of receiving the first email.
