WilliamC

remind all republicans that there are many states after Iowa and NH where the population is far more indicative of republican base.

Iowa cacus weird setup

New Hampshire has independents which is why McCain doing so well

Media wants McCain to beat Romney in NH

NH not a conservative barameter

WilliamC

New England is not where conservative base resides

MSM promoting McCain and Huckabee to damage conservative base

MSM hates conservatives, proppiing up McCain, Huckabee

Who is most conservative? the one the MSM is enamored of

McCain making his last stand in New Hampshire

If McCain were conservative he'd focus on S. Carolina

McCain touting left-wing environmentalism with Leiberman

Dirty little secrete McCain is open border guy

won't talk about immigration, campaing finiace reform, wants to redefine his positions

seems to be plugging Romney

saying no one is finished after New Hampshire

South caroliina and Michigan more important

no one candidate in republicans has front-runner momentum

WilliamC
01-07-2008, 11:34 AM
as far as republicans no front-runner

quoting latest polls--no mention of ron paul again

WilliamC
01-07-2008, 11:36 AM
only thing can say after iowa/nh is that expectations weren't met

romney never led in national polls, but attacked as front-runner

clinton losing to obama who has no experience or qualifications

nobody knows what will happen, even after tomorrow

WilliamC

doesn't think McCain is a lock in NH, did not do well in debates

came off as sinistere, mean saturday

sunday came off as tired, out of it

WilliamC

McCain just like democrats when responding to attack adds, can't handle the truth about his record

WilliamC
01-07-2008, 11:39 AM
Don't see Romney, thompson, rudy whining and moaning.

Rush is pushing for romney I THINK

media trying to break up conservatives, destroy republican coalition by getting McCain or Huckabee nominated

WilliamC
01-07-2008, 11:41 AM
independents will skew results for republicans in New Hampshire

media will try to spin it as end of conservatives

Huckabee does evangelicals disservice using faith to promote his agenda of tax increases

Rush again plugging Romney, not talking about you

WilliamC
01-07-2008, 11:42 AM
rush not mentioning paul exclusion from forum last night but refering to it

I THINK he's pushing Romney. no surprise

McCain trying to defend amnesty

WilliamC

continuing to bash McCain,

back to bashing Huckabee.

Talking about Islamic fascists, nothing christian about dealing with enemy like Huckabee is talking about?

McCain supports more rights for detainees and closing gitmo, indicaets weakness to Rush

McCain undermines conservative positions

Conservative base outside Iowa, new hampshire

Well, enough of the play-by-play, nothing new here.

I THINK rush is very much trying to boost Romney, but his bashing Huckabee and McCain and refusing to talk about Paul at least isn't hurting Paul.

I assume McCain attacks are good for us, because apparently he polls high among independents.

In addition to Rush attacking him, Fox news is attacking him and building up Mitt - idk what that's about. Maybe, just maybe, it could be a move a move by Frank Luntz that ends up helping us ;p

The only thing McCain has going for him is he (supposed) electibility, so attacks coming from anyone is welcome.
