Like the one where he warned congress about invading Iraq or, the clips of him putting Ben Bernanke in his place.

I dont see why not. All I remember hearing is that you are not allowed to campaign inside your office of the capitol.. So like you couldnt use your congressional office and use the telephone to make a call to ask for money or votes, etc..

Yeah hmm. Well if thats the case then he should! what better way then to show yourself in action.

Wouldn't it be consider public property? Or does C-Span own the rights?

Thats a good question...Say he couldnt use the footage because the networks own the rights; Could he have someone film him on his own behalf then?
