I am watching the 1987 flick "Robcop" (again, as I saw it in '87 and a few times since) and I have to say, it is just like a Ghouliani (Hillary) Dictatorship. The "news stories" about a giant corporation being the police, cops that can work 24 hours, the 4th directive. Mexican and American jointly forces raiding other Central American locations. An early version of Ghouliani's storm troopers.... Robcop.
OK, so it is a movie and I am over reacting, but damn, it was made 20 years ago and the corporate run iron fisted "movie" version America is becoming reality. Look at Fox and excluding Ron from the forums and the pushing the war propaganda via their candidates of choice; it is a damn 1980 techno-flick version of a twisted corporate news entity hawking their own agenda, in the flesh.
And come on, Clarence Boddicker (Red Foreman) and the Ghoul could be brothers... :)
