BUT we need your help with donations, and we STILL need a good ad created for these papers.


The ads we would like to see are the 6-point border one and a generic one but I don't think there is one on there yet suited for SC really. It just needs to emphasize on Paul's belief in states rights, gun rights, tax cutting, against the patriot act, pro-life, basically most of Paul's domestic views, but nothing getting close to his foreign policy views or the military. Mentioning he is a veteran might be a good thing to do in the place of a military or foreign policy reference.

Please if you guys could do anything to help! Admin could you possibly sticky this thread! We need the word out ASAP. South Carolina primaries are coming up very soon!

About the types of ads we're looking to run in papers:

1. Generic, the usual you know slimjim type stuff but detailed to SC voters

2. The 6-point plan

3. The first one we would like to run just once, a compare and contrast on the issues between Paul and the other candidates in a question yes/no answer type of thing, with Paul being yes mainly. I will be scanning something that was made for Iowa like this to put on here shortly.

4. A Christian voter ad to try to take voters to Paul and away from Huckabee. There's a really good flier made but it needs one point taken out.

Also we want inserts ran not ads in the paper. Everyone and even some people involved in newspaper ads agree inserts are more effective advertising, and this is what was used in Jefferson county as well.

I agree this is a brilliant marketing tactic I think. One thing is certain though, if our results in the counties in SC where we succeed in running ads are higher than normal we will know this works great for sure due to the time being so short to run them here.
