Geez.. They will probably have about $18 million dollars leftover.

Maybe Ron Paul is planning to use it to start a 10 year new Libertarian party instead of making president this year.

Leftover monies can do that right?

It's mostly all primary money cuz... And Paul would more likely run as an 'Independent' than a Libertarian.

We've just started. And we're not likely to win New Hampshire.

Get a grip, please.

we are competing in 50 states. most people forget that this is a national campaign.
If we spent $18mil in NH and still didn't win, we wouldn't have the funds to compete in other states.
The name of the game is to outlast your opponents

Unless you are someone who is a professional campaign manager or seasoned candidate. You really have no clue as to what strategies the campaign is using...

Myself on the other hand qualify as a seasoned candidate and I endorse their conservatism in this race.

We aren't going to 'win' NH to begin with, so wtf are you talking about?

Does anyone know if Ron would technically/legally be able to keep that money in the bank for a third-party run?

He will never run as a third-party so the question is moot.

Yes, he can use that money in any federal political campaign. he can donate his warchest from one campaign to the next.

This negativity is absurd, negative people don't generally make it far in life, you need to be positive until the end. all you're doing is discouraging people. Ron has a chance to win NH, the same way Pat Buchanan did when the polls had him in 3rd/4th place.

Edit: Pat won because the independents rallied around him, and Ron won them for the Republicans in Iowa, and that is Iowa, this is NH, he should get an even bigger chunk in NH. NH has ~50% independents.

did you notice Rudy ignoring and doing worse than Ron in Iowa and NH ? thats because he is running a 50 state long haul campaign , do you think he is going to drop out ? NO . that is what a serious candidate does . wake up .
