View Full Version : Article: Laughing at Americans

During Saturday night’s ABC/Facebook debate American’s witnessed presidential candidates laugh at, patronize, and mock Congressman Ron Paul. Well, it is not Dr. Paul they are laughing at, but it is the majority of Americans who they mock, patronize and abuse.

A bully can't hide their psychopathy. And these candidate’s exhibit their psychopathy when someone like Dr. Paul presents sound, principled and ethical discussion around current important issues. The candidates repeatedly interrupted Ron, shook their heads while he spoke, made faces, and utter comments like John McCain, who was caught on microphone saying: “we’ll miss you tomorrow,” referring to Fox’s decision to keep Ron out of Sunday’s debate. However, Ron didn't interrupt, waited his turn, kept his answers clear, concise and understandable. Congressman Paul was informed, humble, well spoken, credible and Presidential.

It was the most disgusting lack of respect and bully mentality I've seen in a while in politics. They ganged up on the guy with a different opinion and showed no respect to his thoughts or ideas. The rest of the Republicans are whiny children who can't compose themselves. The Democrats were much more respectful of each other and were discussing issues intelligently. If Dr. Paul doesn't get the nomination, I might have to be pulling for (but not voting for or actually supporting) Obama or Edwards to get the victory in a general election. At least they can handle themselves as human beings and understand that people have differing opinions.

Very nice!

The author of this article is a student of this work: Political Ponerology.

"Political Ponerology is a study of the founders and supporters of oppressive political regimes. Lobaczewski’s approach analyzes the common factors that lead to the propagation of man’s inhumanity to man. Morality and humanism cannot long withstand the predations of this evil. Knowledge of its nature – and its insidious effect on both individuals and groups - is the only antidote."

Make no mistake the Democrats are part of the "pathocracy that has gripped this nation".

We just watched the debate (isn't the internet wonderful?) and we were struck by the disrespect shown to Dr. Paul by the other candidates. It makes me so mad, I want to work twice as hard to support Ron Paul and show them how stupid they are!

Ron should spend his hour on TV tonight playing clips from last night's debate and then analyzing the psyco-pathology--sort of like John Madden analyzing video clips of football plays:

RP (to TV director): Ok, run that clip a little further where I ask Romney to answer the question....Ok, Bam! Stop it right there...Now look how he's got that same look in his eyes when he couldn't deal face to face with the MS victim in the wheelchair who asked Romney if he would send the feds in to put him in prison for using medical marijuana...

The Republican Party is dead. Ron, unfortunately is stuck in a party that mocks him and treats him like dirt. But they do so at their own peril. All of this poor treatment will motivate him even more to run third party in the general. if he can hook up with a Pat Buchanan or Lou Dobbs, he can win.

The Dems had a much more friendly debate and respectful debate.

The republicans, besides Ron Paul, acted like schoolyard bullies and little children. They aren't mature and aren't ready to lead. Any of them besides Ron Paul will be a continuation of the Bush failure.

I agree 100%. You don't have to worry about voting democrat because Paul is the only one capable of beating the dems. This Republican group is absolutely disqusting. It's unfortunate that most of American probably isn't paying attention.

If you watch the bit at the end where candidates of both parties are on stage Dr Paul is essentially shunned by all but Richardson.

This blatant disrespect and condescension throughout this fiasco was premeditated and orchestrated.

That this pool of slime are either scared to death of the message, or actually believe their own drivel, either way they are morally and intellectually defenseless and know no other way to deal with it then to marginalize it.

No. Get over it. If anything they are mocking him so that he will try to run third party. I can't believe you would let these crooks and hypocrites hijack half of the political discourse. Parties have leadership just like anything else. The leadership of the GOP in recent years has drifted from the foundations of the party. We have to push it back. There are no third parties. I don't care if you have Ron/Jesus '08, it won't work. Nobody votes for a third party. Psychologically it just never carries. Get over it. Focus on the task at hand.

What alarms me most about it was that this behavior was not spontaneous. These guys actually receive instructions beforehand to all behave this way. "okay, remember, whenever he speaks, roll your eyes, laugh, shake your head, ..." These guys, the GOP and their masters are so fucked up. And it might be even worse to think that it works on a large segment of the audience.

Making the Republican Party into the Ron Paul Republican Party is the goal. New Hampshire may be President Paul's big break into the official top tier.

I will actually vote for the democrats (chokes self) if RP is not running.

I figure that if I am going to get a big government liberal, I might as well vote for one to show the Republican Party that it needs to get its act together.
