Problems I see:

Black Absorbs light.

Meaning the heat is transferred to the air inside; which forces the hot air to rise.

If you cover the Trash Bag with RP logos.... it will make it to where it doesn't heat up as efficiently.

It's definetly worth looking into though, perhaps the Lettering doesn't have to be humungous.

Logos and stickers go on the bottom...
Anchor with rope (heavy-duty string) and fly them almost anywhere. :)
These could attract a lot of attention in warm states.
