Say I walk all my precincts can I pull up other precincts for my city and mail dvds and slim jims to people through the mail?

I believe that would be illegal, but I may be wrong on that. Any one else?

I'm not sure if it's illegal, but some may consider it rude.

I'd send slimjim or two and include a letter saying if they wanted more info to contact you.

There is nothing illegal about sending unsolicited campaign materials through the mail, i.e. in an envelope, with a stamp and delivered by a postal carrier.

It is illegal to place any other materials in someone's mail box other than mail delivered by the U.S. Post Office.

Nothing illegal.

Data is highly inconclusive though. Many house skipped, even a friend who has lived in their home and been a Republican voter for 30 years. Overall though, damn good data in relative terms.
