This is the Dr. Paul that needs to show up from now on. You can't be bought Paul so there's nothing to be afraid of. Don't shy away from the subject of their laughing, in fact point it out. As someone who supports you I was offended by the the other candidates childish laughter. Explain how you can handle it but that they're not laughing at you their laughing at all the Americans who want change for this country.

1. He was the Libertarian candidate so many people probably never even heard of him.

2. I know some of his current supporters probably were young and did not care about politics at that point (I wasn't even born at this point).
