This has been a problem in every debate, and I thought it was merely the small amount of time he had. Now in this debate he is still cutting out thoughts in his responses. He should have completed the thought about the air base in Saudi Arabia. WE know what he means, but I'm sure he's sounding like he's speaking gibberish to those who haven't heard him before.
