Can you imagine if this whole thing turns out to be a complete landslide victory for the man even if the elections were held a month or so from now? And all of our worry-warting was for nothing? That would be great. :)

Realistically, if there's a landslide it won't be in Ron Paul's favor. He needs to start campaigning in Iowa and New Hampshire and do well in one of those states or he's got no shot. Hopefully he has a good debate performance August 5th, finishes 2nd or 3rd in the Iowa straw poll, and starts getting more recognition off the internet. I'd like to see a landslide for Dr. Paul, but the odds are stacked against him with the way the media and primary schedule favor the frontrunners.

Yes. It all really hinges on August 5th and how much support grows after that. A lot of Iowans who will be voting in the straw poll will likely be watching this debate.

Lets hope for another confrontation between Ron Paul and one or more of the "Rudy McRomney" trio like last time, or several. Should be fun to watch as Ron Paul blows them out of the water.

NO. It hinges on US getting off the internet, printing off a bunch of campaign literature, and going door-to-door handing it out.

We don't have to say much of anything besides we are a grassroots supporter of Ron Paul for President and wanted to make sure everyone knows about him. Then hand them the literature, thank them and leave. That's it.

How badly do we want him to win it?

It's up to us!

Meetup groups are GREAT for getting the word out...we do tabling and car rallying every week somewhere in the area (LA County) - we have a meeting once a month at a public place to draw attention to ourselves lol and just generally try to raise Ron Paul awareness everywhere, every day.

Keep brochures in your car. Be sure to have a bumper sticker. Wear a Ron Paul pin around town. People will ask you questions - it's fun.

By the time the primaries roll around, the Ron Paul word will be out louder and clearer than it already is. The BIGGEST OBSTACLE is the election-stealing machinery of the major parties. The electronic voting machine is a guaranteed fraud. Then there's getting Ron Paul-favoring delegates elected to your state's primary or caucus. The GOP in your state has an iron grip on that as well and it must be addressed.

I don't think it's the people we have to convince so much - that happens easily once they hear Dr Paul's message. It's the fraudulent election system they've got going that will be our biggest problem, IMO.
