Consider that in NH:
No advanced registration required. (I believe)
Party switchover allowed.

We got 10% in Iowa with all the restrictions in place. Think at least 15% in NH! Even the polls at http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/nh/new_hampshire_republican_primary-193.html have us at 4th place and Rasmussun has us at #3 - we are on the way up. We could very well even eke out a top two spot!

Awesome. I really hope the people of New Hampshire don't even make Huckabee competitive.

party switchover isn't allowed I think, but unregistered voters can register on-site I think.

This is REALLY good news and here's why:

Pat Buchanan was at 11% in 1996 going into NH and he WON the state!
This can happen!
I think it will actually be tougher for Paul because of the Obama factor, but 15-17% and 2nd or 3rd is very reasonable at this point!

Even more important in my mind is this:

"Huckabee is viewed favorably by 47% and unfavorably by 50%. Thompson’s numbers are 45% favorable and 49% unfavorable. His numbers are now similar to Ron Paul’s—42% have a favorable opinion of the Texas Congressman while 53% voice an unfavorable opinion."

They are trying to rig this for Mccain....100 years in Iraq when 75% of americans want us out of Iraq and we are sippose to believe that Mccain is leading in libertarian New Hampshire.......yea Right....lol

I don't know about you, but if I lived in NH and I knew that Faux News was trying to prevent one of the serious candidates from sharing his message with me, I'd not only be curious about the candidate, but if I liked just a few things about him, I'd vote for him just to give the proverbial "bird" to that "news" station.

But....that's just me.

Wasn't Buchanan around 14% when he won in 96?

Yeah, I wish the campaign would run an ad showing people McCain's comment about wanting to stay in Iraq for 100 years. That ought to do him in. :)

Come on Campaign. Do it.

I can't get through to the campaigns phone line. We need to get them to use these comments by McCaine!

I second this, however I've been all over the state and I think Romney will also do well. Really though McCain does have some supporters left, most likely mccain will take votes away from Romney and put Ron in first, that's best case scenario.

Either way I don't see Ron doing any worse than 3rd, but I think he's got a real shot at better 1st/2nd

NH has , in the past , had an honest election process , Iowa on the other hand was a total joke as it was the past couple elections.
