County Conventions. Precinct committee members from around the county meet for their county convention, and vote on who will serve as a delegate from their county. Each county delegate represents a particular candidate.

The neocons can't decide who they want to appoint as the new military dictator, lol. Such madness and disarray! I love it!

There are about 800 people voting today to select 12 delegates to the national convention. The 800 were selected earlier at precinct-level conventions. Some of the spots went automatically to party officials elected in 2006.

So, is Fox News going to exclude a candidate from their forum with more national convention delegates than Rudy Giuliani?
