All of these posts about Romney snagging delegates, I think might be confused. It's only 11:30am in Wyoming. There are votes columns, and delegates columns. To my eyes, the delegate columns are blank. Romney has three votes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Romney has 3 delegates
1 delegate is undeclared

There is no confusion

That is straight from the wyoming gop website

I can tell you the names of the delegates if you want

Current time in Wyoming (http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_US-WY.aspx)

And if you look here: http://content.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/results.aspx?sp=wy&oi=p&rti=e

You will see Romney has the number 3 under votes. There is a separate column for delegates. It's marked "-" for all candidates. But the official WY GOP site says something completely different.

The USA websites give the number of votes, but the CNN website is stating that delegates have been chosen. I don't understand, especially since all the caucuses have not been held. Some don't begin until 1 and 2pm Wyoming time.

Besides the 12 delegates chosen at Saturday's county conventions, two delegates to be chosen at a statewide convention in May will also be sent to the national convention in Minneapolis.
