Ron Paul @Google Video Most Viewed Ever

Of all the videos of talks at Google to date, Ron Paul's is by far the most popular - after being on the net for only three (3) days!. It has already gotten over 50,000 views! The next closest is Hillary's talk - at under 30,000, after being up for over four months, followed by John McCain (two months).

That, ladies and gentlemen is wide appeal.

Does anyone know how the Google view count works?

If I watch the video on my computer today, and watch it again tomorrow, does that count as one view (IP) or two? I hope I'm not artificially inflating the view count by watching it once or twice a day.

From what I understand, it counts all completed views ('til the end), whether it's from the same computer or not. And I have witnessed the resetting of view counts (Freedom To Fascism, Terrorstorm, and a RP video).
