Also, do they have any negative ads (televised, radio, etc...) in the works other than the Huckabee mailer.

Definitely compare/contrast -- this is the best strategy because Ron Paul is DIFFERENT. He's the only true conservative, and this is only brought to attention through "compare and contrast."

I like compare/contrast. When I see local elections and the attack ads on tv I always think, "Well this guy has to attack because he probably doesn't have a good platform."

Well this doesn't apply with Ron Paul he has the best platform of Repubs and Dems, but some people will probably think that about attack ads.

Compare and contrast is the way to go.

For NH? NO, neither, it's too late in the cycle for negative ads (even simple compare ones). You end on a positive note unless you're totally desperate and then you're just throwing money at problems.
