While not as well known as Barry Manilow, I noticed 3 other notable contributors to Ron Paul.

Drag Racer "Big Daddy" Don Garlits
Ron Unz- California Gubernatorial Candidate
Dick Randolph- 1st (or one of the first) Libertarian State Legislator (AK) and Libertarian Gubernatorial Candidate (AK)who won 15% of the vote

There's the lookup. You have to have contributed more than $200 to make the list.

Not that I'm very notable, but I haven't donated > $200 yet.

I'm not as well off as I'd like to be. ;) I'll eventually get over that mark.

Barry Manilow got a mention on Tucker today, was quite funny.

Oh, it only lists people over $200... yeah, I'm in that same boat, buddy.

I just checked the list; it's so weird to see your own name listed on the internet.

$2,300.00!

Totally, although I have lived my entire adult life working/active on the Internet (12years), I have done a good job of keeping my real name off of it....

I somewhat keep expecting to find myself on the no-fly list or terrorist watch list; just because I have donated to Ron Paul's campaign.

That's so awesome!!

I'm not up to the $200 mark yet but now I have a great incentive. That's like being listed with the founding fathers!!

They have me listed as Dr Scribbler de Stebbing (except with my real name). I did contribute more than I recalled, but didn't realized I had anted up enough for a doctorate. LOL

I have contributed over $200 and am not on the list. Is this data only from this quarter or does it list total contributions under individuals?

Here you can search by donor name:
http://www.fec.gov/finance/disclosure/norindsea.shtml

The search will take a long time if you use any common name.

William Gates (Microsoft) gave $2300 to Barack Obama, Bill Maher hasn't given anything to his 'Hero' yet, Rick Beltram has no contributions to a presidential candidate yet.

In Q1 I made a contribution for $100 then another for $200. Only the $200 contribution showed up. I'd guess their program looks for matches, then allows human eyes to confirm the matches, and there may errors creep in. So you may not necessarily see any separate contributions less than $200, even if the cumulative is more.

I think this is just Q2 cuz I'm not listed either. I think mine was on the last day or the first of July.

I'm on, but the numbers are not accurate. Just another example of inefficient beauracracy...

Personal recognition is the last thing on my mind...

Ron Paul's name recognition is first
