Hot, but tasteless nonetheless.

Being right only gets you so far in this country. To really move to the next level, you need hot girls!

The link at the bottom right of the video is a porn website...So either they're using RP's name to get publicity/hits or some user thought it would be okay to associate Ron Paul with a porn website...

i really didnt see anything wrong with it. ron paul IS for individual freedoms, right?

perhaps this was created to get him over a little with the gay and lesbian folks...

GUYS, the link on the video is to a porn website (where the guy got it)

Please ask him to remove this video!! I've already messaged him

I really don't want the mainstream media to use this against us. While I perosnally have no problem with it, this is exactly the kind of thing that the media would use against us and it would definitely hurt us in Iowa and South Carolina primaries!

Everyone knows these kinds of videos are not endorsed by the candidates. Obama's campaign hasn't touched 'Obama Girl'. I don't know why RP has to worry about this.

When RP found out Barry Manilow supported him he said "I'm a fan of his songs now". Don't alienate the lesbian vote, dude.

The media is looking for anything to marginalize Paul.

This video is hilarious. I'm not sure what's wrong with shameless grass-roots promotion, and this is pretty funny. The video's even got a touch of Americana charm to it (granted it's of the lesbian, porn-star variety). It's too bad cdgirls is a bonafide porn site; otherwise this could definitely spread through the news. I think it's going to be pretty popular on youtube. This is definitely not bad press (or i might just be from the "cross-over" to Paul side)

I'm Southern Baptist, but there are many Americans working in the porn industry. These are tax-payers who are very concerned about civil liberties. You can bet that they'll be voting for the candidate that will protect those liberties. Do the campaign a favor, and reach out to all American citizens. Don't sell Ron Paul short because you do not agree with how another American practices liberty.

I have absolutely no problem with the porn industry. Most Americans, including moderate and older voters, however, would look at a connection b/w Paul and a porn ad in a negative light. I can already see Oreilly with "Ridiculous Item of the day: Ron Paul using porn actors to boost his donations"

We have to win the REPUBLICAN nomination first. Associating Dr. Paul with porn is not exactly a winning strategy for this nomination.

You'd be surprised how many old Republicans are making money from the porn industry. Be that as it may, we won't appeal to everyone. I think if we targeted the porn industry, discreetly:cool: , we could pick up a significant block of votes. Those old Republicans are not likely to support us anyway. Just an opinion. I'm also for targeting the gun industry, college students, stoners, evangelicals, bikers, the military, and truthers. I want Ron Paul to be President! As do you, and everyone else here, obviously.

Given the current state of the Republican party, I agree. In addition, I've listed a few other things that we should try very hard NOT to associate with Dr. Paul in order to win votes from the current Republican membership.

1> The constitution.
2> Non-interventionist foreign policies/an anti-war message.
3> Freedom of speech.
4> "Blowback", and the idea that terrorists don't simply hate us for "our freedom".
5> Free market capitalism and an end to corporate welfare.
6> Ending "free money" handouts to foreign nations.
7> Border security and national sovereignty.
8> Abolishing the FIT and the IRS.
9> Doing away with the FRB system.

None of these things play well with the current Republican party, so we should avoid them at all cost. Right? Oh wait...

the gun industry, college students, stoners, evangelicals, bikers, the military, and truthers.

LP'ers, CP'ers, tobacco smokers, people who net less money from working their jobs due to federal taxes, people with brains who know how to use them, people with kids, people without kids, people who do like porn, people who don't like porn but do like freedom of speech, anyone who's ever read the constitution............

The list goes on and on!

I know of a video.google.com vid recently where my favorite American political journalist Greg Palast was speaking. After he spoke Robert F. Kennedy Jr, THE RFK JR spoke about the mass media and red states/blue states research. The research indicates that this kind of video is perfect for RED states it seems to me. You can watch the video here (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3954858769441262005)

Greg Palast has done some great research. Bush Family Fortune: The Best Democracy Money Can Buy is a great YOUTUBE video to watch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_R_4JwEPyE

I read The Best Democracy Money Can Buy and it isn't the same as the video. The video brings to light more info then what is in the book. The book also bring out more information about WTO and IMF problems. Very GOOD read.

I hope to read his newest book, Armed Madhouse soon. I am guessing more of the documentary is found in this book.

I'm in the camp that there's really no such thing as bad publicity at this point. It's just smart marketing on the part of cdgirls.com.

If this were to blow up into a headline grabbing national story, I don't see how it could really be a bad thing. If nothing it else, it would point out that Dr. Paul is so popular on the web, that anyone and everyone is borrowing his name to draw traffic to their brand. That would be the likely story, if anything.
