Does anyone have a book on Robert's Rules of Order they recommend?

I did some checking for a book that was both good and cheap- this is what I came up with:

Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised in Brief
William J. Evans, Daniel H. Honemann, Thomas J. Balch
Product Details
ISBN: 9780306813542
Format: Paperback
Pages: 176
Publish Date: 04/01/04
Publisher: Perseus Books Group

It can be had for $4.97 shipped at:
http://www.deepdiscount.com/viewproduct.htm?productId=8040886

It gets 5 of 5 stars from 25 reviewers at Amazon:

Some review quotes:
"If you can only read one book on rules of order, then this is it. Clear, clean and concise."
"This has to be the most user-friendly book I've seen"
" A nice, concise, well-written summary which should be useful for all members of organizations which hold meetings."
"Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, does precisely what it says it will do: it sets out clearly and concisely the distillation of decades of parliamentary procedure."

For $5 I ordered one but thought there might be other another to consider.

This is needed in Texas for the GOP convention / delegate process- I'm not about other states.
