While this article does not mention Ron Paul, it does tell us that 1/4 of Republicans might be immediately receptive to Paul if they knew about him, which is enough to win him the nomination:

I think this could be important to think about in terms of strategies when talking to people about Dr. Paul.

We have a perfect opportunity here to promote RP to the undecided GOP voters out there. This is good news.

Very good news. We just need to get out the fact that Ron Paul is a very good conservative pick, and is really the only one talking about overturning Roe V Wade, and about old school conservative values. Huckabee wants a constitutional ban... but of course that is just as bad as a constitutional guaruntee.
