He is the other major politician, after Obama, that is taking away our independent vote. We can bring him down a notch and grab up some independents, that would help us immensely. Intrade is already predicting McCain will actually win the nomination, so if there's anybody worth attacking, it's him.

Yeah, emphasize his support for the war. And nobody can predict who will win the nomination accurately at this point.

I dont think we should necessarily "attack"

we shoudl just make an ad, showing how ron has the most military support, and how john mccain claims to, but really doesnt.

not really attacking, but just exposing a lie.

After him saying we should be in Iraq for 100 years, he has opened the door to the end of his GOP bid and I say use it hard against him.

No, we have much more to gain from promoting Ron Paul's own unique positions which no other candidate can touch:

- His position on the IRS and taxes
- Printing sound money and controlling inflation
- Foreign policy
- Voting record proving he votes in favor of civil liberties consistently

This is how he got where he is. We need more independent votes, and our greatest threat in that regard right now is Obama. Not saying we should attack Obama, just more effectively promote Paul's positions on which he has much stronger ground than Obama, specifically his voting record on Iraq and the Patriot Act.

All he needs to do if he wants to attack Republicans, uniformly, is explain they all support continuing a foreign policy which will bankrupt the country...pretty simple.

Yes, have him saying that over top of real pictures of this war. Or it would be great to get some vets of this war to speak, too.

Attack ads are bad, and Paul has already said he doesn't want to do any.

NO, Romney is doing this for us at his expense. A negative campaign hurts both the aggressor and defender.

It doesnt have to be negative.
Just point out all the issues and how Ron differs.

People need to know there's only one straight talker in this republican field, and that's Ron Paul.

Exactly. McCain just handed the primary to Paul on a silver platter...spread that YouTube video to everyone you know in NH, and do it fast! He convicts himself with his own words...watch the audience reaction. That says it all. Paul NEEDS to bring this up in the ABC debate.<p>

How do you use a 'sticky' to keep this at the top of the forum? EVERYONE needs to see this, and everyone needs to spread it around...

A good 30 sec AD would be him singing "bomb bomb bomb Iran" leading into his latest statement of staying in Iraq for 100 years. Maybe you can end it with the clip where he calls a guy a little jerk in one of his townhalls.

sorry, i'm opposed to the whole negative ad thing.

let mccain destroy himself.

this election aside, character assassination probably keeps lots
of great folks from ever bothering to run for office.... not, at least
not IMO, a good thing.

i hope the good dr. continues to stay above that. the huckster nh letter thing
is really bummin' me out as it is.
