The polls turned out to be fairly accurate in Iowa in terms of POSITION. We pulled in a greater % than expected (10% vs 6-7%) but still fell into the expected rank of 5th.

Currently almost all polls in NH have us in 5th as well. We are going to need to an incredible push to get 4th and a SMOK'N hot run to get 3rd if we are VERY VERY lucky. DO NOT expect 3rd IMO....keep expectations low and WORK HARD.

What will it take for success??? Not sure, but a ChuckNorris type endorsement and media blitz would sure help.

It was 10% because we raked in 29% of the independant vote. 3rd is doable.

Yes it is grassroots activity.......WHAT CAN WE DO TO PUSH us to THIRD ???

We can't just all "hope" and get us all pumped up emotionally.

5th place is unacceptable. We have the resources and a great candidate. Someone is not living up to their end of the bargain.

one data point is insufficient and making a conclusion on it is not reasonable.

Scientifically, we can start analyzing after SC or FL.

NH tends to be very independent. If Ron Paul's message can't attract at least a 3rd place finish there, I'll be very concerned about our future.

I think so. But only if we get some of the (I) voters. Obama got tons in the Iowa race; not sure if that will be a boon or a curse for us. We'll see.

stop expecting or predicting. the results will come out regardless of expectations so lets stop hypothesizing and start working.

Well, we have a few hours before voting begins.

I am still expecting 5th place.....4th would be good, 3rd would be AWESOME!

But most polls in NH are still showing us around 5th.
