I just came across the following blog/video of Huckabee's campaign manager stating Giuliani has "no money", so to speak (guessing this is a combo of lack of fund raising this quarter plus a big spend rate nationally).

Curious if anyone can give me some overall perspective on the money side of the race from here on out. If Romney and Thompson are in trouble, then doesn't that mean the remaining durable candidates (Huckabee and McCain) are going to have to play catch up financially?
Or am I misunderstanding Giuliani's position? Or?
