It could just be that people are sincerely honest about who is most likely to win, no matter who they want to win. Rudy is a favorite of the large segment of americans who actually believe proximity to terrorism = tough on terrorism.

Yes, you cna vote more than once, and it appears someone set up a bot to make Hillary and RUdy look like 20,000 people spontaniously sought this poll out and voted for them at the same time.
