The real threat to Ron Paul: Anti-Hillary vote

I think that is what we can take from tonights results. The Democrats pulled more independents than ever before and we know that independents polled higher for Ron Paul than average republicans. This could damage us in many states.

My feeling is overall this will really favor Obama, because it will steal votes from the Republican primaries that would normally go towards a non-mainstream candidate for the Republican party.

I would have to agree that I'm concerned it was such a tight 3-way race for the democrats. it could indeed cause the independents to vote in the dem primary instead of the Rep.
