Tancredo raised $1.5 M and spent $1.5 M, leaving him with $600k on hand.

It looks like he spent a lot of $ on direct mail. I'm surprised he only spent $50k on radio since I've heard his radio ads several times. Maybe he's only advertising on WHO since this is what I tend to listen to.

I'm not surprised this guy has so much traction since he's so strong on illegal immigration. This is a huge issue nationwide and in Iowa and it has resulted in him raising a lot of money. The fact that this seems like his ONLY issue makes it even more remarkable that he's getting this kind of support.

I'm anxious to see where he finishes in Ames.

I have said this before and I will say it again, Ron Paul needs to push his stance a bit more on illegal immigration... I am hoping he has a game plan regarding "not" mentioning it much or talking about it without any passion....
