Just submitted it to Digg. Please Digg it, it is VERY big news.

PS Please let me know if you can find a pic of US Military servicemen/women holding a Ron Paul sign to throw into the article.

How awesome would it be to get a picture of a tank with 'I brake for Ron Paul" written on it?

Just like the soldier in this article (http://blog.radicalliberation.com/post/5842721), I too supported Bush in both his elections. The Iraqi war has proven Bush's policy of "interventional" democratization wrong.

There is still hope for Iraq but we have taken them as far we can. From this point on, their liberties will have to be earned with their own blood. I'm not opposed to some assistance in this effort (much like France helped us in ours).

A democracy imposed on a people will never be appreciated.

Ron Paul gets this... I just wonder how he will bring the troops home with honor. He cites the Vietnam withdraw, which left a dark cloud over our troops service there, I hope he has a better plan on how to do it this time.

And someone else steps up with some absolutely egregious accusations of spam.
And once more, I demand proof or an immediate retraction.
Just how are we or any other Ron Paul supporters "spamming" digg.

Or are you confused as to the difference of an opinion VS. a fact ?

Please ask your brain to review your comments before it sends the signals to your fingers.

BS.

Stop lumping everyone up together and accusing us of spamming. People need to get pissed off, even if it's over something like the non-issue of Diggs, maybe then they will remember how to get angry and apply it to things that actually matter!

Go back to the FT forum. There's no such thing as RP supporters spamming anything, but there is overwhelming evidence of rudy mcromney trolls trying to waste our time with an already debunked issue. Let me guess, when Dr. Paul breaks the ten million dollar mark, it will be because of spamming? Jeez, it just seems like other candidates' supporters are just so ignorant and/or dumb. Like they say, if ya don't stand for something, you'll be fooled by anything.

I became very familiar with Spam after Hurricane Katrina. We had no electricity at my house for 21 days, no running water for the first 8 days. That's 100 miles north of landfall. Spam, Pop-Tarts, MRE's, and dry cereal got us through.

If Ron Paul were president, Katrina wouldn't have crossed the border!:D

It seems funny that everytime some one wants an article to be digged put on netscape or del.icio.us. And Ron Pauls name is on the article its always spam and not news. I am sure they might get a little mad due to the fact thier candidate does not have the support like Ron Paul and they want to see their candidates name mentioned. So let them have their 15 minutes of anger and soon they will see how much support their candidate really has and who is the better choice for President.

Why is that spamming?

I voted digged once because i do dig this article!

Ron Paul got donations from the troops that was almost as much as all the other GOP candidates COMBINED!

This is BIG news.

If the people REALLY DO SUPPORT THE TROOPS....MAYBE THEY SHOULD GET TO HEAR WHO THE TROOPS VOTED FOR WITH THEIR DONATIONS!

Ron Paul Donations from Troops $23,645
Other 9 GOP candidates combined donations from the troops $ 24127

I think ALL the people who SUPPORT the troops would like to see the story on the front page of DIGG so they support the troops by supporting who the troops support!

It's not spamming if you read the article and vote once!

Good link...I think it reflects a common misconception about the military though.

One might think such criticism of the war and the Commander-in-Chief's leadership would make Paul a pariah to the military community, however, the latest figures indicate the antiwar Republican is receiving more donations from employees of the US military than any other Republican candidate.

The attitude quoted above really only applies in a general way to higher ranking members (officers/commanders, etc.) more so then the average service person who are a reflection of American society, albeit the lower to middle class portions.

In my time in the service and later as a contractor at the Pentagon, I noticed some of these distinctions. The Fox News rah-rah-rah blared on TV monitors in the various rooms at the Pentagon but not so much outside the belt way in all the areas where the rank and file lived and worked.

Early on, nearly all of America were cheer leading the war and Fox News et al benefited, but this isn't the case so much now...

Today at a shopping center I saw someone that had placed a coffin (empty I assume) in the back of a SUV with an American flag over it, and put crosses stuck into the ground nearby.

I am developing the sense that people are getting more tired of the war - and bolder about presenting it's effects out in the open.
